How to Prepare for Your Vision Meeting

During your Vision Meeting, we’ll work together through a Vision Worksheet to define your priorities and establish early clarity.

It’s okay if you don’t have firm answers yet — we’ll guide you through each item — but it helps to start thinking about the following:

• Approximate square footage (conditioned / air‑conditioned space)

• Finish level expectations (things like insulation approach, window and door quality)

• Allowance direction (appliance types or brands you’re drawn to, even at a high level)

• Site details (existing utilities, trees you want to preserve, driveway length, slope)

• Accessories or extras (shop, fence, pool, entrance gate, outdoor features)

You don’t need to have everything figured out before the meeting — just arrive with some thoughts so the conversation is more productive for you.
